CAD6 Product Support

The period for which we support a version of CAD6 is at least 3 years after the release of the respective version.

After the end of product support for a version, we no longer offer any support for that version. You can no longer request new unlock data or activations; installation data and additional products such as dongles or libraries are no longer available.

You can continue to use buying licenses for versions of CAD6 whose product support has expired for an unlimited period of time. The prerequisite for this, however, is that the system on which CAD6 is installed does not change. Because every system update (e.g. for Windows functions, drivers or computer BIOS) can lead to CAD6 not working at all or only to a limited extent.
 
 
 

Product Support Period

We currently offer product support for all versions of CAD6 released from 2018. Product support is no longer available for older versions released up to and including 2017.
