Arc Mode > Toggle Direction of Rotation (Draw Menu)

This command can be used to change the current direction of rotation. The arc direction particularly affects the drawing of circle and ellipse parts. It determines whether the arc should be drawn in a mathematically positive (I.e. counterclockwise) or negative (i.e. clockwise) direction from the start angle to the end angle.
